If a beach shows a level that does not match what you see on the sand, tell us. These details help us check it:
- The beach and, if you can, the spot (for example, near a lifeguard tower or a street).
- The date and time you were there.
- What you saw: no sargassum, a little on the sand, or a lot in the water or along the shore.
- A photo of the sand helps, as long as no one can be recognized in it.
The quickest way to share what you see is a report from the beach itself; the guide explains how, and the method page shows how the meter is worked out.
When to expect a reply
One person reads every message, so a reply can take a few days, and longer in busy weeks. Every message is read, even when we cannot answer each one individually.
